Carter Minnick

Carter Minnick is a research coordinator at FSU's Complementary Health Innovation Lab. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and have since been involved in research on mindfulness- and integrative-based therapies for chronic pain and substance use. He is particularly interested in how contemplative and attentional practices can serve to transform our relationships with the body, self, others, and the environment. Outside of the lab, Carter enjoys reading, going on walks/hikes, music, and hanging with friends & family.
