Allison Davis, M.S., is a dedicated research assistant specializing in mindfulness meditation studies at a FSU’s Complementary Health Innovation Lab. With a background in psychology and a passion for new ideas, Allison supports clinical trials and peer-reviewed studies exploring the physiological and mental benefits of non-pharmacological medicine such as breathwork, mindful meditation, and music therapy. Allison assists in designing experiments, collecting data, and analyzing participant responses to experimental interventions. Allison is particularly interested in how meditation influences stress regulation and anxiety in diverse populations. Outside the lab, Allison enjoys reading and spending time in the community.
