Carter Minnick

Carter Minnick is a full-time clinical researcher at the Complementary Health Innovation Lab, where he helps conduct studies on mind-body interventions for chronic pain and stress-related conditions. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 2022 and is currently a student in the Master of Social Work program at FSU. His research interests include, among others, ethnographic studies of (contemplative) science, models of causality, the growing social movement of so-called “attention activism” and the role of free play and self-directed education in child development.
